Got lucky today, when I ordered driver door they sent me passenger by accident. They told me to keep it and sent the correct door.
Well the old lower door mounts mounted on the inside door face so just found a use for the other new door since it didn’t have holes.

Got the door switches in today so dome light comes on with doors open. Limited space on Talon, had to install at weird location.
Loved it in our first Pioneer. One of those things that’s nearly free to make but well worth it.

I've got a genetic deficiency when it comes to painting anything, I leave that sh1t to the professionals

My factory stickers showed up🤗 not normally something someone says when building their new machine lol. Boy I wanted these bad, the blue quarters to the white doors has always screamed to me. It’s fixed! Happy day!
This was the really wrecked side, still have a little brush touch to do but looks better.

Honestly I feel like two months is way too long for what was done but working all the extra side stuff then waiting for dang parts when I I finally got them coming. Man parts issue right now is terrible.
But yes on the icing part, kinda glad they took awhile, as it’s almost done🤗

CP after following this thread I see now your a true craftsman and artist at what you do. I worked for Ford for 13 years before becoming a fulltime fireman. I always prided myself on my work, but yours is even better!

Thank you very much! I sure enjoy this stuff sometimes, gives a break from work but is enough the same it helps.

Figure probably in that damn thing 25 hours all said and done so yes a bit much. If I was to do it again I would’ve used expanded pvc, that would kill off all the fiberglass and sanding, lot less work. But I had the 3/4 laying around.
I tried building a few things to sell years back but just never in it for the money I guess, I gave everything away lol.

Well she’s got new legs! Was really concerned about the radius arms hanging down and a job I did guy needed a receipt so this was it. Fair trade😉
Didn’t want a stump or rock taking me out on a weekend of bushwhacking so problem solved. This thing needs to take some abuse sooner then later.

April 21 at St. Maries. Took that Friday off, Tiger and I will be up there early. Like to get out prior for a shakedown but too much to do, weekends are now lined up jobs till then except for Odessa on the bikes.
