maybe try kassmaul electric I run onboard air compressor for the fire trucks that build up that high of a pressure to compensate for air leaks in system when trucks are at rest and there 12 volt system and turn on and off when set to desired pressure
That's interesting, I'll look into that as an option when I get back on this as well. Thank you miano. Btw, did you see if you could get me a couple of 10" stainless steel continuous hinges, or any length that I could cut to size??

Someone posted a pic of their articulation.
I'm to lazy to scroll back to see who it was.

Great, thanks for helping me out on this. Just to be clear I'm not expecting you to pay for it nor the shipping. Just let me know what he comes up with, and then pm me and I'll work the details out with you. Thanks again.

Nice, and what psi are you running in each front shock?

It depends on how your riding. From 70 to 100 psi on the fronts. A little more on the rear.

Like JWB every time I touch it I reinvent it.

I should be done with it this week and I'll post up pics

So you're saying that each shock on the front may have a different amount of air in it, or each pair?

How Cool Is This!! Tell us your opinion of the difference in ride. By the look of the pics, I assume the shocks are 'seeing' each other. Did you install valves to switch them to isolated? Your tires look big. What sizes are you running, and have you had any interference issues after the shock mod? Have you done anything additional to protect the air lines? Don't mean to interrogate you, but it is so cool to see other machines with this mod! If you're talking about the pics with a wheel on the jack- that was me.

Right now they can see each other or I can isolate them .
I just got some new vavles in . And with them I will be isolated all the time.

It has 27" tires.

The ride is night and day different for the good. You can float on a cloud or bump up the pressure and ride as hard as the poor little 475 can take you.

Do you mean pump up the pressure while riding, by switching from see to isolation? And what's the advantage of isolation? Do you have one valve per pair of shocks? How many filler points do you have?

Sense I'm going to go to doubles in the front now, I have more questions for you. Do I need to add a second Hoke valve, or just pair the shocks up on each side.

The picture should answer this question, and pages 27 & 28 in this thread should answer the previous.:)

That does look easy. Thanks for that. I'll check those earlier pages where I assume that you also discuss how you fashioned a bushing for the stock shock brackets, sense in doubles the air shocks mount to the outside of it.

You're welcome! Yes, the shocks mount on the outside of the brackets. You'll have to make a little space (grind/cut) for the forward shocks to clear the frame. It doesn't take much. Look back a few pages, someone said that they bought tubing that didn't need modification to be used as bushings and spacers, and then drilled the stock mount with a step bit on a ratchet to fit the slightly bigger bolt- a lot easier than the way I did it. (fabbed my own bushings from bar stock)
