Wiring almost 100% wrapped up… everything is ran and either zip tied in or staged for tightening… waiting on a couple plates from Crossroads 3D, whip mounts, and need to pick up screws for mounting Auxbeam

Winch isn’t hooked up to that 50 amp breaker is it? If so it’s definitely going to trip when under load. I have a 120 amp between battery and secondary power

Nope.. it bypasses the breaker since the specs says it can draw up to 250 amps

One issue is mounting … it is meant to go over an existing mirror so I need to build something

Well that was easy… Make sure you hook up factory battery (winch) wire to main battery

Auxbeam and plate installed and secured

Rear view mirror install mocked up with final adjustments once front windshield is installed and out of garage.

Also need to convert from 12v to 5v for USB plug (TBD)

Used RAM UTV mount with short arm, fish finder bracket, and some industrial strength Velcro (used in Pioneer for dual-battery and has held up well)

Windshield mocked up to validate that the plastic needs to be installed as well as the location of the rear view mirror

Pro tip on the SuperATV windshield:

Remove silver bushing from grommet to install (may be obvious but we’ve seen worse and I hadn’t seen where that was shared yet)
