On a side note my youngest boy has been helping as of late and doing a great job. He's been putting lots of time in. He's a senior, has been taking college credits for a couple years now and planing on becoming a cop. Really proud of him and especially his dedication to help the family. He's a good kid really wish he were coming with but probably next time. Just wanted to give him some credit here because he's been a part of the project.

I like turbos better but if I had the money to do it for me I'd probably run a charger so it would be off the bottom power.
With a bunch of Pioneers and all enthusiasts that ride hard we'd sure find the right stuff quick.
We could receive brand new units and send them out exactly like the customer wanted. Need Sharp to draw them up their personal rig and we'd get busy. I totally see it!! Snuff would be a hard snag but may eventually be persuaded
The right people and tools the rest would come

There's so many good people on this site as a team in one shop it would become a monster! Probably have our own tv show "Pioneering One-Off Customs" or some s*** like that!

Well last couple days has been rough and getting some sidework out that needed done. This weekend caught me off guard and just now getting back on PJ.
One of the many issues that gone on started here

Damn windshield was placed on the workbench and tipped off onto the camera. Didn't need that! That started a very nasty chain of events that hopefully is over.
Getting this close to Takeover with multiple issues including work my head hasn't been right but I'm back going and moving forward. Sometimes you say f*** it and push life back and get in control again! Moving on!!
I'll say one hell of a tough camera!

Rear winch mount finished. Just needs to dry. Decided on a one piece bolt in. Three bolts and it comes out. Figured bad idea to weld in case access is needed for anything down the road

Wasn't about to drop the winch inside the receiver. We use the receiver and it's far to weak to pull from. Built the mount out of 1/4 steel and it drops down in the center to the hitch pin on both sides then up to both suspension mounts. Put large steel spacer into the c-channel in both rear suspension mounts and bolted both pieces that way it's much more stout.
Never liked the light duty receiver mountin this rig but this ties that in as well. Super stout and no twist.

Rear winch installed. Need to hook up power and reel up new synthetic but it's solid! Don't need to worry about funny crap happening here. The design allows for removal of mount or winch seperatly.

ProVantage 4500 at both ends. So that'll be awesome in the woods

Outside voltage guage added. We use the stereo lots while vehicle is parked so this is a nice add for us. This doesn't come on with key only the all on switch we use while vehicle is off. This keeps hours off the rig.

Went nice and indiscreet with this.
