Honda Claims the bike was sunk under water and the locked up causing the block to break. Here is all the picture from where we made honda pull off the oil filter cap and intake housing there is no signs of water

this is all the facts on our end from what we been told this is the third one to do this must be a flaw somewhere

For those who are waiting for the factory warranty to almost to expire to get the extended warranty there are several other companies you can get a warranty through other than honda. And usually they are alittle cheaper and are more relaxed on honoring claims just to beat the honda warranty!

I can't remember the names because it's been a while but if you go to a motorsports dealer that sells multiple and ask them they will give you plenty to choose from.
