Put the full shield and soft doors on yesterday for the end of the yr camping trip. I've switched out the half/full shields so many times now that it's like a Nascar pit stop, easy breezy. The soft door install went much easier than last yr when I first got them and had to figure it out. Didn't have to take near as much stuff apart and they fell right into place.
Haven't ridden since the TO when the radiator was full of mud and I've messed with the Dobeck settings as it seemed like it was running rich and sucking a lot of fuel. Curious to see how she does this ride. 🤞

Just about finished getting up sticks and junk. Did not work everyday and never more than a couple hours a day. All this is from Helene, did not even lose power during Milton. Pic on left: why didn't you guys (and girls) advise me to get a dumping trailer 30 yrs ago when I bought ours? Hadda push the junk down off the trailer and into burn pit. Pic on right shows loading the last junk before dumping in pit. You guys also did not tell me to cut down more trees! We did cut down half of them over the years, but I liked the trees. Maybe changing my mind...

Yes, dragged some big logs with log chain and pulled out some big bushes, too. Very low hours. When I turn around on the paved road I can really hear what might be the rear limited slip. Doesn't seem to like leaving grass and turning. Is that normal? Will get it checked out at first oil service.

It’s normal. Rear end is always locked on the P5x0’s.

I'm sure you are all cheering that we are done at the corn maze. I know you were bored with my posts about that. Yesterday was our last day. Best year ever. Was so busy that I didn't get pictures. This weekend starts sled dog racing. I won't running any dogs. I am the course marshal so will be setting the course and monitoring it with the P5. Heading for Michigan Friday morning.

After working at the sled dog race kilo and I went back to the camp. Ate lunch then went on a long walk. Came back to the camp and he jumped on the sxs so I joined him. We both fell asleep and had an hour nap in the warm 58 degree sun. No pictures of that hut will have some race pictures when we get home.

Home from the Fort Custer Dryland Sled Dog race. Normally ATV and SXS are not allowed on the trails. We are allowed limited use for official race purposes. I will have some race pictures if you are interested. I love seeing what others are doing with theirs and hope I'm not boring you with my posts. Too tired to edit pictures this evening. We had a lot fewer entries that in past years sine there was a big world championship points race in Wisconsin. We had lots of beginners racing for the first time. Beautiful camping weather. The half of the campground we weren't using was just about full. More later unless you tell me to stop.

Yeah, that's what I meant as well as keeping Kilo inside.
got no poochie so those nets went the way of the dodo. well of course I kept them! son of the greatest generation that never threw anything away. Dunno if I got any greatest generation attributes other than being a semi hoarder.
My Old Man was not a mechanic. But I suspect if you asked him for a '55 Mercury hub cap, he would search around in his baggy work pants and pull one out.

Here are a few pictures of the racing. Both mornings were foggy. It used to be that dryland racing was only training for the sled season but in recent years it has become a big part of mushing. The second photo shows that about any dog can do dryland mushing. That little dog really loved it. 3 wheel rigs, bikes, kick scooters running 1 to 5 dogs depending on the class.
