It's hard to tell in that photo, but on my old foreman I had a Kolpin drop-rack with a drop down gate on the back. I loved the rack, but it did rattle, which was really anoying. Unless I needed to use it to hold something like a bucket or saw, I would leave the gate open so it wouldn't rattle. It was a very handy thing for carrying stuff. There are types without the drop down gate that probably wouldn't rattle, but the gate is nice to have. I also would use a bungie cord to hold it tight to prevent the rattle.
