Well if all the dough goes directly to the trails and in 3 yrs there's going to be that many more miles to maintain I'd understand. Do you think they will connect more trails statewide? Like if you could ride from Nashville to royal blue by trail ect. Any talk of that?

Still per vehicle. $40 add on is if you pay for a hunting license which is $540 annual for out of state, then add $40 if you want to ride your OHV to your hunting spot.
