Keep us posted.. I want some seat time in yours, @PioneerPete and @Windrock1000's machines..

Unfortunately you won't get any seat time with the Walker Evans shocks. But I'll let you try it out with these new ones. As far as the comparison, you'll just have to take my word for it.

Thanks guys.. I don't have to drive, I just want to get a feel for the difference between them.

Joey, the WE aren't on my radar but I'll certainly trust your comparison!!

The Walker Evans are just flat out awesome. They've given me zero trouble and I did get used to the noise they make. They're super easy to adjust for any type of terrain or load.

Have you sat in the Fox setup yet? I'm extremely OCD when it comes to machine noises... it drives me crazy! I have a click (think card in bicycle spoke) in mine since I added wiring and removed the floor board. I can't find the f***er and it's driving me CRAZY!!!! I can't imagine having shocks that made noise!

I haven't tried any of the fox shocks yet. And I probably wouldn't make much of a comparison if they were on different vehicles. However, I'll be testing these two different shocks on the same vehicle in the same day so it should be pretty straight up.

I'm with ya there. Usually you can turn up the tunes but in the really rough stuff I like tunes off and that's where it would bug the hell out of me.

I think they're going to be bright enough! There are no lights on in the shop other than the four lights in the wheel wells. Not bad for $12 total of lights.

I'm going to try the sub woofer mounted in the floor for now. I've got plans for the space under the seat and I really didn't like the idea of putting it in the bed and have to disconnect it often. The only person ever rides in the middle is my little boy and his feet don't touch the floor anyway.

The sub woofer volume control is in the upper dash pocket. I better call and ask them if it's waterproof!

You wouldn't believe how tough this wet sounds sub is. It weighs 15 pounds! I believe it could fall out and the guy behind me could run over it and I could pick it back up and it would still work. I would have no problem with my boys standing on it when they sit in the middle seat. I may even use it as a base for some cupholders?

I've been wanting to add a sub.. but I have no place for it. I added the ridiculously priced storage box under the seat for all my essential but seldom used items. This might be a viable option for me. But I hate to take up that floor space. Ohhhh the dilemma!!

Under seat is perfect spot for sub! Keep saying that for a reason. Perfect space and can be ported. No massive high weight. Same sub box from 700 still going strong. It's nice with bass because the rest can be down and still talk

Yeah but mine is gone... I'll say this for the p500.. again! I loved the tool box and basket setup the bare rack allowed.
