Wasn’t there another KRX from the old forum crew that all bought one that had a major issue too?
I know Kahns smoked the motor. Glocks 2 seater's motor was getting ready to do the something as Kahns when he traded it for a 4 seater. Fuel was getting in the engine oil and smoking the motor. There were several on the krx forum that's had engine issues.

The deed is done and I really like it! 😁

Took it for a cruise around the back roads with the wife earlier and we are going to go out shortly for another one to heat cycle it and put some more break in miles on it. It's built well and the fit and finish on it is top notch. Beadlocks and 31" tires stock is pretty awesome, the ground clearance is phenomenal and the display speaks for itself.....

Took the KRX wheeling at Barnwell Mountain OHV yesterday and I'm extremely impressed with the capabilities of this thing stock. We started out doing easy trails and by the end of the day we were crawling the hard trails with ease. The Fox internal bypass LV shocks are amazing and we rode in comfort all day. I need to order a SATV skid plate for it ASAP but other than I'm really liking it. I'm not a huge fan of this belt drive garbage but it's sort of tolerable and the wife really likes it so it is what it is.

Anybody have a discount code for SATV? I need to grab a skidplate and a couple other things before the next adventure.

Get with Honda SXS he’s a SATV dealer and will get you a better discount. No matter what brand

Welp, I'm finally going to get my ass in gear and bring the engine up to Missouri tomorrow morning so the engine guy can do his thing. I've been having so much fun wheeling the KRX that I almost forgot I had a short course car in the garage. Lol

Oh, and I may end up with two race cars. Going to the Ultra 4 Nationals at Crossbar Ranch last weekend to hang out with a bunch of my friends who race U4 was a BAD idea and running the race course without much issue in the KRX on Sunday didn't help deture me either. I'm now convinced that I can turn the KRX into a 4900 stock class U4 car and do well at the next U4 Crossbar race in April. Yes, I have mental problems.... 🤣

I’m assuming your engine didn’t melt down in the first 100 miles due to the design issue?

Zero issues in 200 miles besides needing a steering rack bushings upgrade. The last two times I've taken it out I have played in big rocks and the rack is clunky now. I'm going to throw a Brute Performance rack upgrade kit at it and call it good. Might order motor and trans mount bushings while I'm at it too.

KraftWerks just released a HIGH gear set. That on top of their supercharger would be rowdy!

I just dropped my Talon engine off a few hours ago at the builders and told him to do whatever needed to make it the baddest open class NA short course motor on the planet and he promised thats what I'd get back so Slowpoke won't be spending any money on the KRX engine anytime soon. Lol

After the maintenance stuff was out of the way I bolted in the seat and the new Team Tech harness and got the belts adjusted. I still need to put all my gear on to finalize the seat belt adjustments but it's pretty close now.

Before I cleaned up and went in the house for the evening I bolted the new window net on too.

Trying to find some a seat, I'm 6.2 and 240lbs. Seat in a bucket seat on a rzr and seat held me very tight. How do you like your seat? Easy to install and holds well. With qrt model is it.
Thanks

I'm running the QRT-C seat. It's their carbon fiber version and it's light as hell. They make them in different widths depending on your size. I custom built the mount for my seat. I don't know how easy or hard it would be to mount one in the stock location.
