New Ford 1/2 ton trucks

I've never bought a vehicle off of reviews. It's all about the ergonomics, price, and dealer and price. They are so close in options and everything else. I really liked the f250 but I'll be dammed if I was going to pay 9 grand for it over the GMC or ram.

Yeah I let my cheapness get me into a Chevy instead of a Ford last time, boy do I regret that... Dodge wasn’t even on the radar in 13’ for me, Toyota had a great truck but crappy mileage.

s*** ok ya that makes much more sense. They are a good truck but I cannot believe people will pay as much for a Tacoma as a Tundra. Used TRD package Tacoma will sometimes bring more even, no one at the shop understands that. To each thier own.

People pay for 2Reg cabs to get a crew...

But crew is worth much more so they don’t loose money. My son is thinking making his second gen a crew and I’m doing the same if can but mine would be swapping stuff is all, we would have to make his. Can sell any extra parts, it’s cool to own built not bought. Anyone can go out and buy something, building it takes skill and effort.
Crew cab use to not be desirable so there weren’t many, now nothing else sells if it’s newer and old crew is big bucks. If my truck were crew it’d bring 5-6k more very easily and appreciate even more. Old Dodge crew is worth a lot! Worth doing

My point is cost to build isn’t TWICE as much, if Ford can sell a reg cab for 20 they should sell a crew for maybe 25 not 40.

Misread what you were saying. Oh ya I totally agree! I swear they do that so there’s a lower base price then they real you in because no one wants a standard cab.

I haven’t ordered the bags yet.. but I do have the new 170* thermostat, leveling kit and getting the topper painted.
