This trailer really needed a 3/4 ton but I used to pull this one. In the pic, all three tanks we close to full so it had a lot of tongue weight. The eco-boost didn't care about it but side winds were scary. It's 29'
Yeah his options are pretty limited with a 1500. The weight of tow vehicle, heavy suspension and breaks make a huge difference. My megacab 2500 pulls like a dream no sway ect at 33' overall. But it's a very heavy truck.
They are all so similar in how their made and materials. Just dont buy one with water damage. Unless you get a great deal. Your going to be very limited in what you can get with a 1500.I guess my question next is what brand haulers are better than others? I know nothing of campers and haulers when it comes to what are cheaply made and what aren't.
no likes on this post? what no 6l fans on here?
I love 6.0s. I can make a killing off of their ownsers. oh ford says you have to pull the cab ok $$$$$$$$$$$I'd doubt too many lol
I actually like the truck but I sure miss mileage and I'm scared it'll need a 3500 dollar fix. (A 12v swap)
