P1000 Cumminspusher-the New Ride

Third build on a Pioneer platform in a year it can only get better. More lighting, more automation, more protection, more innovation, more storage, more ability, more suspension, more passengers and more fun. Less weight, less vibrations, less roof. Tiring.

Don't forget the clutch reset before driving. Probably a good idea to swap filters out after an hour or so and do another reset.
Ok. Anything else? Oil this time looks good

Side blue party lights we built into the skid plates were finally installed by my boy as I did the hitch. Nice and smooth so they don't get damaged over rocks. 26 9w crees were used here and all installed. Tried to do as smooth a pattern as possible. This will get Drf lol. And I thought I had a lot of lights lol

Wasn't about to drop the winch inside the receiver. We use the receiver and it's far to weak to pull from. Built the mount out of 1/4 steel and it drops down in the center to the hitch pin on both sides then up to both suspension mounts. Put large steel spacer into the c-channel in both rear suspension mounts and bolted both pieces that way it's much more stout.
Never liked the light duty receiver mountin this rig but this ties that in as well. Super stout and no twist.

I thought the same thing so I welded in some tubing and gussets. I pondered on a rear winch but didn't have any good ideas where I wanted it. You should've shown me this sooner.

You have one hell of a build going.

U going to finish tonight and drive?
Man we gave it hell. I had to quit on it a little while ago, I went to the store and my headlights went out in the pickup. It's dark when I go into work so spent the last 45 min getting that going pissed me off. I'm out for the night be getting it back together tomorrow after work. Really thought I'd be done tonight asap though

Ah hell no. I say Mazda rotary with a turbo it wouldn't even weigh more and easy yield of 600+ hp. Lol not to mention it would be cool to see 14,000 on the tach. Just saying
Yeah all fun and games til you break a tooth on the rotor (which you will). Chris had it right the first time with the SRT4.

You supposed to do a clutch reset after an oil change? I don't think I realized that... had the dealer do my initial service. I wonder if they did a reset? Anybody see an issue with doing one just for the hell of it?

No, clutch Reset isn't required for an oil change @JTW ! This is R&D/testing Prototype clutch pack! Top secret stuff;) So do not reset your clutch! Lol
