question. how do yall divide the groups up? id like to get in a with a few 1000s and 500s. but id like to hit some more of the challenging rock stuff probably saturday.

We'll usually just meet up and people branch out from camp. When it gets closer there will be some more organized groups but typically you can just post up here in the morning and you'll find some takers. There really isn't any set way that anybody groups up. There is usually the hungover group that doesn't get up until around noon, then there's the early birds, then you'll have a bunch of smaller groups that head out. Friday night there's usually a big group ride up to top of the world and then back down.

depends if my uncle comes with me if i drink much or not. but ill probably be with the early birds. but good to know how it kinda lines up. might have to stock up on some boudain for snacks during the ride.

Last year I had people meet at our RV site and wait around to jump in a group. We are working on getting group team leaders together to lead group rides. As it gets closer and I can teams together we will try and post a better schedule. There will be numerous different groups to challenge all skill levels.

I will get most of my wheeling done by Friday morning. The the work starts. We love meeting and talking to people. So there will be plenty to do.

2 years ago I led a group of 500s on a planned ride. Last year I just kinda let the word out where I was heading, when I was leaving and who ever wanted to go showed up. One trip to the flame. One trip to town rock. And one trip to Eagle bluff overlook. All trips had various stops in between.

just curious does anyone have any experience with trail welding kits? i know a few of us have busted a arm frame welds over the yrs. just curious if anyone is bringing one. i looked into them a few yrs ago for my jeep. but i think i might make one and bring.
