I just realized, I wanted to keep my tusk beadlocks frontier p1-3 , to use on the Talon, was going to swap with them on trade. 5+2 offset, are they going g to clear ?????

fwiw: stock Talon wheel offsets are 6+1 front, 4+3 rear. Changing to something different on the front will affect scrub radius ... I have no idea how that will affect steering effort.

There's a nub on the outer edge of the Talon uppers that will hit some wheels. You'll also be really close to the calipers with a 14" wheel. They'll probably work for cruising the neighborhood or a leisure ride but I wouldn't beat and bang on them.

The reason for the 15" stock wheel is caliper clearance. These talons have some large rotors. If you run a 14" wheel you run a chance of getting a rock stuck between the wheel and the caliper. Bam! there goes your sweet 14" wheel no matter what the backspacing. Hope this helps and good luck!

I tried my 14's off the crew on the front of my Talon and they did not clear!!!! Also looking to go to a 6-1 offset instead of the 5-2's i have now.
