Traveller is sick! I did my normal checks that I do after every ride and found the rear diff oil to be very dark. I have magnets on my drain plugs and there was a lot of fine metal on the plug. This is probably due to the failed pinion seal I had at 700 miles. For now I have flushed the diff with ATF and refilled with new gear oil and 50% Lucas. Hopefully it lives a little longer. It's not louder at all and not rattles yet. I will go ahead and order new bearings and seals to have on hand.

I used a magnetic rod and inserted in to the drain hole and found metal.

This is the fine metal on a magnetic rod.

Seen here is after I cleaned the rod with a rag.

I was able to get metal out doing this several times. None present after the ATF flush. Glad I was using magnets on the plug!

Btw, both side bearings feel very tight by wiggling the axles. The propeller shaft has a lot more wobble versus the Farm Rig with 300 miles. Still not leaking oil and no sign of water after Saturday's ride which included A LOT of water riding.

Good catch, I need to check mine more often. I know I've seen the post on the magnets for the diff plugs awhile back, but would you care to remind me what your using for those. THANKS

I found one tie rod ball joint nut slightly loose. I’m sure it would’ve got worse if we had wrote a little while longer.

Then the driver side tie rod was loose at the large nut inside the boot.

No picture of this but I broke another steering stop. That’s the third one I’ve broken, they seem to just shattered into pieces.

The mud buster fender flares were wrinkled a little bit. I was able to straighten those out with a heat gun.

Here’s the before picture, I didn’t take any after pictures

Also it seems that I damaged some plastic on the passenger side. It looks like a relatively small and easy piece of plastic to replace but I think I’ll leave it for memories.
