The parts they sent were super tight to install but there is no chance of play now. Hopefully it lasts longer than a year.

Now I still got to do the drivers side.

There is some slop in the rear knuckles which I'll document a fix on soon. This fix will apply to all stock machines or those with SATV rear arms. I didn't bother doing that with the CATVOS front since I'm the only active member with those.

I've been meaning to fix the slop in the CATVOS front upper A arm for a while. Finally got around to doing that. CATVOS was nice enough to send the parts which are updated to be better than before.

Check the vid of the play!!

Looks like it in spec for RZR QC inspection. :D

For you guys using large tires and constantly riding in mud and water, you may want to start checking the knuckle bushings.

I've been noticing some play on mine. Not bad considering the life it has lived.

Here is the new seal next to the used seal. There's pretty much no lip left on the seal.

I should have ordered new collars as well. This picture shows the lower collar which is not around anymore. I now have two on the way.

I have been reassembling everything with grease and it is much tighter than before. There's virtually no movement in the wheels.

If you fix all of your excuses for why your rig drives that way............

what excuse/explanation will you use next?

I'd say your doing alright if you have gone through a set of control arm bushings before a set of clutches.

Clutches are still holding in there. My passengers may need neck braces because I don't ease into the throttle!

Finally made it through the whole thing, been home with the wife after her back surgery a few days, and it took a few days to get through. Thank you all for all the great ideas and information you share. You all have cost me a lot of money also, can't wait to get started on mine.

She is getting along well, has had problems for years and it was time to get some relief. She had 2 vertebrae fused and her nerve canals opened up. Thank you for asking.

That was rude on my part, I'm glad she is getting along well, Physical therapy is the key, been there done that, try to push farther than what they ask for, recovery will come faster. I know.

Joey, on your fender lights are you using a light with a single bolt mount that attaches to the sides of the light?

Yes, you have to replace the stock fender bolt with a longer one.

I can relate to that. One disc removed with couple of screws. Back problems totally suck. Glad she is doing better.
