Is the bar in front of the head rest? If So will it mount behind it?

I just wanted to provide a little direction on the belt installation. The bolts for the seat belts are 7/16 fine thread. I didn't want to mess with tearing apart the stock belts so I made my own bolts also.

Shorter bolts

Nylon washers and steel washers similar to stock

Here's a few photos of the belts on and tube installed.

I've since ordered the harness bar from Brickcity Fab to replace mine with a lower 1 piece bar. It's not here yet and it wasn't available when I started the 4 point install.

I also ordered 1" rear wheel spacers from SuperATV.

Pics before rear spacers

Not sure it will make any difference other than looks and it looks better

I have offset wheels as well. They stick out more than factory.

I use to think the nets were there to keep things in the buggy but I now realize it's to keep s*** hitting people in the buggy. I took them off because I gotta get in and out 100x a use.

As much as I rub the sides down trees, I think I'd just lose the mudbusters in the woods. At least the tires will help keep the trees off the body now

Now that BCF makes a 1 piece bolt in bar, I swapped out mine for a bit more head clearance on the bar. I do think the previous height was better but the BCF bar is further from your head and neck.

Not the "HEAD BANGING" type?

I didn't have an issue head banging on the other one but this won't require relocating the headrest right away. I may still move the headrest forward 1/2-3/4"

I am gonna move my headrest slightly forward got some nylon round end cut offs to space it up some. At least until I get bucket seats in.

I spaced mine out with 1" OD tube and it was really floppy. The headrest really needs support across the metal frame it mounts to. I may get some 3/8" thick rubber and cut it to shape.

I've been needing a real rear bumper and I came across a 48" ATV bumper which I thought would make good protection for the exhaust and center of the machine. The bumper is a Moose 0530-0309

Hung on the back of the machine for mock up. I want the bumper to tuck under the bed and not limit the bed dump.
