But, @ToddACimer Didn't you reach out to rb3 for some custom bushings for your setup?
I think he did. @RB3offroad lack of description and @ToddACimer review on their website had me a little confused on what exactly comes with the kit

these were the upgraded bolts for @ToddACimer please call me if this isnt what you wanted. my number is 480-389-7486

I received the 12 MM a arm special in the mail today. I called RB3 before I made the purchase to confirm if this kit came with the bolts or not. I understood that it would come with the bolts but it did not. Only the bushings and the metal sleeve is in the kit. Not a huge deal as I can get the bolts I need from the local Fastenal. I was just completely confused about this. Needs to be a better description on their website about what exactly is in this kit.

Agreed, I got mine a week or so ago and was hoping it came with bolts and all but 🤷‍♂️ it is what it is. Hoping this'll fix the issue once and for all.

Passenger side is going together

The McMastercarr bolts measured out to .470 and were a good fit in the sleeves. I used a 1/2" unibit to drill out the a-arms tabs and got a nice round hole. One thing to note is my front a-arms tab weld washers are counterbored for m10 flange nuts rather than Allen heads so the m12 Allen head fit inside the counter bore. On the nut side it is larger OD than the counter bore. I'm going to look into a washer to fill the gap but I'll probably be ok on the flange with a double nut and red locktite.

Sleeve from @RB3offroad was perfect for my a-arms tabs and matched the OD of the m10 sleeve

@JenElio and @WagginTail . I provided the bolt and nut part number when I installed the parts on the previous page. I ordered mine without the bolts as I had already ordered them to check fit with my a-arms tabs

Are you gonna get some weld washers and gussets?

Yes Sir, and we appreciate it 👍

I have everything needed in my cart, if my local place doesn't stock it then I'm ordering it from McMaster 👍

Yup, might as well. Go big or go home. I don't necessarily enjoy taking the damn thing apart too often 😂
Where you getting the weld washers from?

I have to give @Adam490 credit for telling me the subtrans wasn't hard to fix too many times. It really wasn't a bad swap. After driving the machine with the parts @P1K5Dave suggested, the gear engagement is smoother, quicker, better every time. The new parts aren't just better, they are great. The reverse gear doesn't seem a lot lower on pavement but it gets up and goes pretty good. The shift star really hooks high, low and reverse a lot better.

My ocd always kicks in when snow/salt/dirt melts off in my garage. I’d have to have a drain system if I lived in the snow belt area!
I have a floor drain.

Alright, new vs old side by side both dismounted. The old one has about 1000 miles and has been mounted. The new one is very similar size.

Old tires were EFX motovators. 30x9.5r14

Got all 5 mounted today.

30x9.5r14 EFX motovators next to the new 31x10.5r15 GBC Parallax. The parallax is definitely lighter. I'll weigh them for comparison before I put them on the machine. The sidewall is quite a bit less aggressive but the tread blocks are very deep. Overall they are a little taller but a little narrower. I have them at 10 psi for now. The 10 ply side walls are stiff and they nearly seated the bead just mounting them. I think this will be a good low pressure tire
