Do Talons have high-elevation issues with maintaining low end and torque? I have a Pioneer 700-4 but want to get into crawling/climbing sometime in the future and would need that suspension travel? Thanks!
I really notice the lack of torque for crawling over large obstacles at high elevation here in Colorado ( @10,000 to 12,000 feet )
I made the problem worse cause I am running 32" . Keep hoping that someone comes up with a subtrans with lower low.

Yes they absolutely do. I’ve been having difficulty keeping at or above 2K on the rpm’s crawling in the Rockies over 9K, so I’ve had a 25% IGR installed. Hoping it speaks to the problem….🤞

Have you driven it with the new setup yet?
No, I don’t have it back yet. I was telling you in that other thread, and I guess you haven’t seen it. The tech was concerned about the popping with the Torq lockers, and wants to talk to them before he gives it back to me. And then he was looking into the steering issue and said that the steering rack is wore out. I want the RB3 rack but they’re not going to work with me on the warranty so I told him to just put a new OEM rack in under warranty and I’ll do the RB3 later…
Besides, what I’m doing already is several K….😳

Thanks everyone. She’s about ready. It took a long time to get so much crap installed all at once. Just some wiring left to go. Got the lower a arms and all the strengthening stuff these need to be up to par done last weekend. Flipped the shock reservoirs out. Should have come this way. Way more difficult than the Talon to work on
