Got my abs in around my stereo today and I think it turned out pretty good. Now I need to put some switches in the space to the right.

Either that or add a washer to space it up so it doesn't contact it.

I've got so many scratches, I just don't care.
How did you get the fender bolts out? It's just a regular allen bolt right? I cant seem to find the right size and don't want to strip it out.

I can't really remember. I've got 10mm hex cap head bolts now. They may have been socket head(Allen) but I can't remember.

Does your fender bolts require a hex key wrench?

I think it's a 6 but I'll look and see if I can find a bit with markings. I'm glad you are being careful on all that stuff because most of it is so damn tight you will strip them out. The doors are stupid

Looks like just an allen and I know it's got to be metric. I have one that seems to fit but acts like it's going to slip. Maybe I just need to crank on it hard but I was afraid I'd strip it.

That looks like a 10mm socket would take that off. Not an Allen wrench. If that is the bolt on top of each corner of the front fender near the roll cage it is a 10mm socket to remove.
No, it is rounded on the outside. Gotta be an allen.

OK I swear mine had 10mm head bolts, but it's been 8 months since I removed them installed pod lights there using a longer bolt and rubber grommets to fill the cavity in the plastic.

Tap it in lightly with a hammer get it in tight then tap ratchet with hammer as you're turning it to break it free then vise grip the bit out

No none of the visible colored plastics use bolts.

Success! Got one to break loose. 5mm. Jackal or Joey, do you remember what size bolts you used to mount the lights?

I used bolts like off the back of the roll cage that secured the netting. I think those are 4mm bolts probably 30mm long for the actual light pod mounting.

I can't remember but I'd guess at 6mm X 1.0

Got the cubes hooked up with no problem other than the bolts for factory battery aren't very long so I couldn't get the wires on it. I plan to get a second battery anyway. I like them but only tried them out in the garage. Another question, the switch has a connection I didn't use that says it can be jumpered. Can I run switches for other accessories off that and use the same relay and fuse?

Yes to a degree. I really don't like using too many things off of one fuse/relay. A fuse block at least would do you well
