You can use hand signals and be legal. You're also supposed to have a horn, mirror, brake light. and windshield.

...for? To be road legal, like a car? Just curious is all. We ride the road in TN around RRB, is that not legal?
Do you get a car/bike plate then?

I was taking about being street legal with an OHV tag. This allows you to ride your side by side on any county maintained road that has a speed limit of 45 or less.

The RRB area, and a few other areas in Tennessee, are unique in that they allow any OHV to ride on the roads without any of the normal "street legal" requirements

All you guys get a Talon and think you can drive lol. Talon Bois rule!
I’ve followed you (nomo) enough to show I can at least keep up…looking forward to see if it gets any easier, or if you just flip the script and make it harder! (Nomoagain)

The Terra Hooks are an excellent choice in my opinion. Made in Clinton Tennessee. Measure and see how true they are
We'll see how they do. They checked most of the boxes for what I was looking for so I thought I'd give them a try. They measured 32" when first mounted with like 30 psi. I dropped them to 12.5 psi and they measure 31".

From people I’ve talked to that have them, they are a solid choice and a very good all around tire

Took the ole Talon out on some fairly easy trails for the first time.

Before (it will never be this clean again):
2024 07 21 112522

After 2 miles:
2024 07 21 115725

I've never had a buggy that throws so much mud. My back, front, and left side were just covered as was the mirrors and windshield. I'm gonna have to do something to help with this.

Other than the excessive mud, the Talon did very good. Only rode 20 miles and kind of took it easy.

I also need to figure something out with storage, both in the back and in the cab.
