Not sure when. Got some work stuff going on. Definitely got Windrock or Royal Blue on my mind, as they are closest (and I have permits :)). Another Hatfield McCoy trip sounds great too.

First order of business is a couple of local rides; there's chainsaw work that's overdue.

Went for a ride with @KyGal83 yesterday. The Taloneer now feels much more composed, almost as if it came from the factory this way (though not a Honda factory, certainly). The articulation lets the Walker Evans shocks do what they're supposed to, resulting in a very nice ride.

Next significant issue to address is the mud thrown; the tires are well outside the plastics.
Another thought is to swap the engine and drivetrain with my 520 (a little more power and significantly punchier from a stop), but that's a conversation for another thread.

Good for you Folks.

I see what you’re doing. Trying to bait @KyGal83 into a Talon !

It might just work !!

I enjoy seeing hard work pay off !

A good day, little chilly… but still a good day.

The Taloneer seems to be in better shape than when it was created. Everything is tighter, feels like more a solid buggy. Glad it was back on the trails. @906UP did an excellent job repairing and improving it.

Hope it is exactly what you want.
