I pulled the trigger on the carnivores with system 3 SB-4 beatlocks 33x15R15 6:1 offset with 1.5" spacers in the back. Used super ATV A Arms to get the clearance needed, plenty of room for 35s in the future. Currently running at 8.5 PSI.

Guy I know just slapped 35s on his 2019 R today. First thing he said after the test drive was "This thing needs portals now" 🤣

Welp, that lasted all of one ride..... He said it was horrible with the 35s and had no balls offroad anymore so he bought a set of portals to fix the problem.

Hoping for anyone with real life experience running 33" tire on a Talon R with stock rims .

The questions I have are:

1) Do they fit?
2) If so, do they hit/rub during full compression, full wheel range?

This inquiry is aimed at the R, 2 or 4 seat iteration, not X.
Good morning
I happen to have a set of very lightly used forward/ high clearence L&W A arms. They were used for 1 ride ( less than100 miles)They were shipped to me by mistake.
You will need to purchase the uppers to make them work correctly. These were offered to me at a discounted price or send them back. I have not returned them but would be will ing to help out a member and sale them at the price they are offering them to me. If you are interested let me know.
They are blue see attached photo.

You ran L&W forward lower arms with a stock upper? Lots of questions.......

With the added caster that the setup gives you, did you notice a difference in straight line tracking? These Talons don't have s*** for caster from the factory and could use more!

Was the suspension able to fully cycle like that without binding up?

Any issues with the CV joints running it like that?

Your post and picture is giving me ideas about running the 23+ upper arms on my 19 to move the upper ball joint back and gain needed caster.

I had 0 issues installing them, other than I noticed i had to pivot the knuckle a little further forward at the bottom to get the balljoint in the arm. Once I had that installed I just readjusted the toe with the tierod. I actually didn't know they were forward arms until the second day of our RRB Overland. A buddy noticed a LOT of caster angle when I had wheels turned( see photo). After getting home i took a real good look and decided to contact the sales. He contacted L&W and found out they shipped the wrong arms.
Only put about 100 miles on them and didn't notice any problems with axles, did notice i seams to have lost some of my turning radius.
One of the reasons to want no forward was to keep my turning radius to the minimum possable. I have no interest in running a tire combo larger than 30".
