Is this easy to replace or very expensive?

I have warranty but it’s not worth the months these geniuses will have it

Maybe a part number I need?

Is it simple or is a video that shows you how to replace?

That's where most break off at. Give them a snug pull. They should not pull out.

I wish there was a sub harness for the engine on these. But the main harness is the only way to repair without splicing or repairing the connector.

Sounds like @Hondasxs has a way to replace the connector. I dont believe Honda sells just that connector for repair if its broken that close.

I have the Transmission DTCs saved to my phone in OneDrive. I need to type up a PGM-FI list as well.

Anddd... that's why it will be a 1 month repair at the shop. No way I would allow them to replace the whole wire harness for that.

Anyways.
I just recently made a harness pigtail repair kit.

@HondaTech I know you cant use them at the shop. But if you ever need a few let me know!

Actually Honda would much rather pay us to repair a harness if it would save them money and us time. I've done harness repair before and had Honda pay for it.

We have access to a 2 pin male connector and then pins to fit, but I dont believe it us the same connector as this. I see the connector us available online as a "Honda fuel injector plug".

Thanks, I'll keep it in mind if we run into an issue. We have a few harnesses we steal plugs from now and then to fix stuff like this.

Sooo where did you guys go
Sorry.. had things to tend to. Lol.

Anyways. Here is a repair kit. Pioneer fuel injector wire repair kit.

Cut off wires, strip back and use the included posi-locks.
But I highly recommend soldering the wires if you know how.

Hope that fixes u up.

Wonder if it's from engine vibration.
I'll check mine tomorrow.

If the harness is secured to the frame that would sure do it.

I had the exact same problem on my '16 1-K. I fixed it with spade crimp-on terminals and heatshrink. Works like a champ! BTW, another member told me that an injector plug can be stripped from a CBR harness part # 32104-MJE-DOO
