Tried some 30” black mamba lights on my ride to see how they cleared. Couldn’t get them to rub as hard as I tried. Lost a little power down low but not what I expected. It just goes into tractor mode and keeps pulling

I'm not a big fan of windshields in any form, which isn't a big deal living in the desert. But... Certain times of year it gets cool enough, especially after dark, that you want something to knock the wind off of you, so I've run a half shield for years. But...we're in that time frame when it gets warm enough during the day that it's too hot. Today I finally figured out a way to store my half windshield on the trail without scratching it all to pieces....

Messed around in the snow, got stuck and then took glamour shots in front of my house. 😉🤣😎🤘🏾View attachment 256826
I got mine stuck today too while trying to plow a 3 foot deep pile of wet compacted snow that came down off the barn roof. A minute of shoveling got it out. I used my 23 hp snow blower to chew through that pile from that point.

First time getting my Pioneer 700 stuck. Well, at least I got that out of the way!

Oh, in addition, I now have the infamous exhaust squeak at about 50 miles on the machine. So far I've been able to ignore it. We'll see how long that lasts!

There was an older thread like this (when the 700 was the only pioneer), but it kinda morphed into a catch all. Now that the 500/1000 have their own, let's get one going for the 700.

What did you do to/with your 700 today?

I ordered a soft top and rearview mirror, and checked the status of my KFI winch mount.
Moved my new tires that were delivered to my garage up to the barn for mounting.

I removed my bumper to install the Honda factory winch mount while trying to use the instructions for the 1000 that they gave me. That didn't go over so well because they are not the same at all, so I said screw it and tossed everything in a box and will try again tomorrow.....with the right instructions that I finally managed to find.
