Is your machine a base model? I see you put an access door on the door panel...did you just buy a few rear small panels so you could add storage?

Yes. I wanted green or camo but they are very expensive. I am trying to build on a budget. Rear Black panels were cheap and matched.

Installed my tusk subzero 60” plow today, just in time for a little snow!

We did get out about noon. In town it was pretty disappointing, we only got about 4". Once we got out in the forest we got up to a foot. Lake effect all week so we should be good.

Heard it was insaine up there this weekend being the late start to the snow. Hoping it settles down a bit next weekend

Well, I have a 1000-3 but none the less....

I moved the winch to a mount spot on top of the bumper. I had to cut the opening in the diamondplate cover a bit to accommodate the fairlead. A new synthetic rope was needed. The old one was shot.

To keep the new rope from shredding lifting the plow, I took the strap lift winch from my DK2 plow I had on a Jeep and hooked it up to my bumper shroud. This is not only made for a plow but frees up my actual winch in case I get stuck plowing. When I take it off this spring I will tack weld the nuts in place so it will be easy to take on and off. I was too lazy this round.
