I took a few pictures of the process.... I made my own brackets and had to trim out the back of the roof. I could make a little how-to on how I did it, if you give me a day or two. It’s pretty easy.
Heck yes, I'd like to see how you did it, that thing looks awesome.

it's warmed up to -11,so i'm heading out to the shop to remove the hardcoat poly full windshield and swapping in the 2 pce. flip up.never installed it and i have no instructions so i'm doing it blind.i know i can look up the install, but where's the fun in that? maybe swap over the manual wiper,we'll see how it goes.

got the 2 piece windshield installed, went together pretty good but lining everything up was a total pita.and that bottom center bracket?? there's a special place in hell for the person that designed that special little f*cker.adjusted the dump box latches so it fits/closes nice and snug, strapped a temporary storage tote into the box with all my recovery, first aid, tools and tire repair gear, then went for a nice long rip up and down the lake a few times.all in all a nice relaxing day.

Well my first tip over, caught traction on the drift. Luckily everyone was alright, pretty low speed, and only a $20 mud flap damaged.

so,it's getting close to the shoulder season, the snow is becoming an icy, slushy mess and all the logs, stumps are starting to show through making it tuff to ride most of the north lake side trails with the tracks now,the lake ice is still very thick but the snow layer is all ice pellets.finally some above freezing temps coming next week .maybe a week left before the tracks come off for the season.it's been 7 months since i last powerwashed the poor thing so hopefully i can de winterize my hose bibbs soon and flush the anti freeze out of the powerwasher.i want to do something to the pioneer but there's virtually nothing to do to it.this is pretty much how it looked after i took it for a rip after i winterised the washer/hosebibbs.

Cut bottom mesh off my Brick City fab v3 rack and added expanded metal to top, then repowder coated. Now ice chest and such have something flat to sit on.
