Well, I finally did it. Got it stuck. Bad driver decision. I was almost out of the swamp and the trial had one last big rut. Why I didn’t straddle it like to previous 20 ruts, I will never know. Buried the A arms and high centered the front end so the front wheel were off the ground. Luckily the SuperATV winch did its job. And the next person can thank me for filling in the rut.

Well dang it... I wish I had done this before..
My 2018 LE has never, ever overheated above 2 bars until today. We were out in W Oregon in the timber, 4 passengers, just putting along and my wheeler briefly overheated. Once the fan came on, back to 2 bars.
I ordered Richard's fan override kit and some purple ice when we got home.
Thanks Richard.

These intercept part of the air that is passing over the top of the windshield when it is tilted out. We found this little trick accidentally when we were putting our hands up to feel how much air was being moved by the tilt windshield. Your hand would deflect the air down into your face. So I Designed and 3D printed a set of roll bar mounted Air Deflectors to mimic our hands into the air stream along the roof. Before these were added, the air that passed over the top of the windshield simply followed along the roof and dumped out the sides or back. This device "scoops" some of that air and directs it to the driver or passenger into the upper body or face area.. Makes a considerable difference in comfort.

Neat idea, I was looking at printing something similar for a sun visor. You've got the wheels turning. Did you also print the flat part? My printer will only go about 8 1/2 inches square.

I printed all of the parts on an Ender 3 235 x 235 mm bed. Printed in PETG. I was restricted in size by my rear view mirror, but these still work great, in spite of being only about 6" (more or less) square.

Got the Fan override kit, thanks Richard!
Got all but the switch mounted in place. Works as it should.

For you LE guys, there is another wire connection near the fan connection that looks kinda like where you tie in the override harness... it's from the I4wd valve assembly.
Took a few more minutes in the 100 degree heat to figure that out..
Added 3 ounces of purple ice, just for...

Subtract your weight off if you drove on a scale and didn't get off.
That's why I added 350# springs to the rear Fox shocks.
I weigh about 220.

My wife and I with our cooler, and tool bag/box, with some additional stuffs should put the total weight around 2700.

I just invested in the 250lb front and 300lb rear. Do you think I need to go heavier?
