It’s going to be in the 60’s again. I’m at 8,000’ here in the southern tip of the Rockies and there’s a patch of snow here and there, higher elevations still covered good. Sat out by a fire last evening it was so nice. But there could just as well be a foot of snow on the ground next week. Got my garage ordered, three weeks out, closing on the property Friday, meanwhile packing up the house.
worked in Oklahoma city a ton and my sisters live in NC now, nice now but a lot of summers you have weeks or months that the lows are In the hundreds. all you can do is sit inside, same as winter here. much rather have the cold though you can dress for it and do things outside all year. only so many clothes you can take off

Roads were just clear for the first time yesterday and bang next storm. This ones super to bring lots more snow and 45mph winds. It’s 18deg but this wind is killer.

Haha, yeah the wife isn’t in to driving naked. Women ! Haha. We had a hot summer last year , but my camp isn’t too far from the water and it’s not bad. Plus I can go to the beach if it’s too hot. That’s when living here is nice. Haha

I used to have to take trailer generators to places and move backhoes and such had a 450, about 10k work didn't stop for winter, ice and hills are lots of fun some of the generators weighed a bunch more than the truck and moving weight with the fuel tank, lotsa fun. much as a pos as that truck was never got plugged in and always started if I let the plugs time out twice. put two big interstates on it
