But the point is to use it as it is. It now belongs to and is maintained by the US National Park Service, as you can see, wood has bee replaced recently. It sets just steps off the Santa Fe Trail, which later became the famed US Route 66. Have to maintain its historic integrity.I’d take that. I could fix that up like new. SOLD. Haha

Oooo.....tracks in the future?Yes we have a lot of trails too. We’re in the snowmobile mecha of Michigan so there’s a lot to ride and see there. There also the trails we ride with the pioneer in the summer. I’m going to be getting tracks for the pioneer so it’s easier for us to get back to the cabin. I keep the sled in the garage up there. I have an Arctic Cat 2 up 550 2 stroke
You know it buddy!Oooo.....tracks in the future?
Cool. Now just have to find a place to ride. You know it buddy!
So anybody can stay in it. Cool. But the point is to use it as it is. It now belongs to and is maintained by the US National Park Service, as you can see, wood has bee replaced recently. Once I get some, we have the snowmobile trails and all the state land trails at the cottage. The snowmobile trails groomed and real niceCool. Now just have to find a place to ride.
Yeah but you can’t ride on the groomed trails with tracks. Snowmobiles only. Defined as a machine with 2 skies and one track. Did have one DNR officer tell me if it was a orv route that you could ride it if it was groomed but he advised that you contact the local trail specialist at the closest field office to where you’ll be riding. I haven’t gotten that far yet. Damn work keeps getting in the way.Once I get some, we have the snowmobile trails and all the state land trails at the cottage. The groomed trails by our cabin are designated ORV/snowmobile route. I’ll have to check like you said. My main thing is so when I get as much snow as I have like this year and as you know I’m so far back off the main road, I can park at the park and ride with my trailer, un load and drive back to the cabin. There are trails that run with the main road that comes up to my road that are not a groomed trail. So maybe I can use those? But...I do know the newly opened state land 2 track trails you can ride as long as you have your orv sticker and there are plenty of those at the cabin for sure.Yeah but you can’t ride on the groomed trails with tracks. It’s 10 degrees here today and very windy. A dusting of snow last night, just enough to be a pain. Have a great day.Thanks. March is close. I said to my wife , Georgia sounds really nice. Her mother and father golfed there every spring. They loved it.
