They are not leaving the keys in the rooms this year for late arrivals unless you call them so they can go over some rules that weren't adhered to by some in our bunch, no ATV's behind the motel on the lawn, using the good towels to clean ATV's and muddy feet. They leave some old towels by the laundry room for that and we can still use the cleaning station at the end motel and park on the hill out front.

I agree.
The first year we had this ride @BigRed7769 pulled his around back so we could have some music. The owner was cool with it, but said normally they don't let anyone because the grass gets tore up. That was the only time I know of.
