Brought the P1K to New Mexico with me this time because my nephews coming down to visit, he'll ride the P7, but I also brought along most of the accessories I've been setting on because I may have some time to get a few things installed on it while I'm here.

Listen fellas. I am not anti devil's tower. It literally looks like a petrified tree stump. Ok I've seen it at least 4 times. I majored in earth science and spent 6 weeks "studying" In wyoming in a 400 level class. Really I was just there for the mountains, drinking and fly fishing. I'm not going to have a s*** fit if we stop. It's just not on, or near, the top of my list. I prefer the grand tetons, glacier np, Denali, the red woods, Yellowstone, grand canyon, rocky mountains, Estes park, just to name a few. But I am willing to stop, have a beer, and we can all talk about how lack luster it is and that it looks like a giant turd.

Haven't even looked at it yet. Been working on landscaping and the Ford. Got family coming into town for the first time since we moved to Wisconsin, so trying to make the place presentable.

Hiked to the top of Hermits Peak today. The trail was 4.6 miles uphill, steep all the way with the last mile being a brutal set of very steep switchbacks.
