Well as some may have read on my other post earlier this week i sunk my pioneer this past weekend by taking water through the front intake.

When cold the the sxs will run as it is supposed to. When it gets warmed up to 2 bars the oil light comes on and I loose mobility. After the motor cools some the trans will slip gears and try to stall.

I have done nothing yet but changed air filter and cleaned all debris out of intake and air way. I will be changing all oils and filters asap. But when looking through the oil fill hole the oil seems fine and has no discoloration but none the less I will be changing it.

I am being told by a friend to find the gear position switch or oil pressure switch being he thinks its just that the sensor isn't reading right and not allowing it to go into/hold a gear (only have issues when warmed up).

Just looking for some opinions. And yes I will be snorkeling as soon as I get this resolved.

Thanks in advance and look forward to hear back.

I'd still do a big flush and see where you're at. You have to do a flush anyway Then do a transmission reset after the flush. Go from there

The transmission is controlled by many sensors that go through the computer. It sometimes needs to relearn itself. There is a temp sensor as well. That's all I've got Justin21 but it's a place to start
