Wasn’t real happy with the zip ties on the tie rod boot so I picked up some Honda clamps.

I looked at the frame stiffener for my 24 1000-5, called super atv and asked if that was compatible with their skid plate and they told me no, she said you would have to cut that front section of the skid plate off...
How is yours sandwitched? frame, frame stiffener, then skid plate on the bottom? doesnt the frame stiffener block some of the holes? do you just drill through and run longer bolts? I'm getting ready to do both my front and rear offset arms so I was interested in the frame stiffener

Stiffener is between frame and skid plate, used self-tappers to attach skid plate to the stiffener.

great question! I ran into an issue on my 24 where the factory weld on the lower frame tab drifted and the tab was not welded to the frame... Honda brought in a local third-party welder to repair it at the dealership.... I know it was an issue with the old ones (16-21) but that's why I'm interested in it for mine... I figured it wouldn't hurt anything but my pocketbook.
