I will be getting there on Thursday also and seriously can't wait! My wife has called me a pathetic child more than once since I decided to come and I haven't stopped talking about it!!) She obviously doesn't get it!!

I was told today by a friend that rides at Royal blue a lot. That the cops/rangers are writing tickets a lot on people riding on the blacktop going from comfrot Inn to the trail head to go to the RB campground. He was told by the president of the RRB Rangers

There's prob truth in that. If you're legal and have your machine registered and tagged you cannot be on a rd that is posted 45+ mph and also then there's limitations to the rds that I dont know the specifics on.

Yes unfortunately there was a big toodoo between the State Troopers and the City of Huntsville / Scott County Sheriff (10 miles West from Royal Blue on Hwy 63) during the Polaris event last September. The locals have no issue but the State Police issued over 300 citations to SXS riders in one weekend but your talking over 30,000 people there that weekend I will guess 5,000 SXS were all over the place.
The issue is Route 63 which is a divided highway except from the Motel to the I-75 exit ramps (1/4 mile), anyway getting on Hwy 63 is a no no, and the other roads do not seems to have the "attention" that section does.
