I'm finally part of the cool kids club and got myself a Talon! I've pretty much blown the wad on the machine itself, so parts additions are going to be slow. I'm also very new to all of this so any guidance/feedback is always appreciated as I start adding parts. I wasn't going to do a thread but thought maybe my novice thread could help other new members. 🤷‍♀️

Depending on when mine is ready (Nomo) I can get them to Cleveland if you would like. Or, if yours are ready first you can take some recon pictures (and make sure it’s still there!)

That sounds like a plan! You will probably have yours before mine are ready, though. He said he's currently running about 2.5 weeks out so he said I should be able to pick them up 11/23.

Flip down tablet holder installed. I didn't put in the additional screws as I didn't want to screw into the plastic until I'm 100% sold on it. I used Gorilla double sided tape and the factory screw locations.

With helpful comments and doing more research on my own, I decided to get tree kickers. At this point, everyone is getting a hug for Christmas 😂 AED Off-Road Fabrication tree kickers ordered.

When they're having a deal you just can't pass up. Saved $100 from what we were originally looking at and got 3 free boxes.

Now MrMiniRF is patiently waiting for a way to mount them 😂

SuperATV Hitch Receiver installed.

The most challenging parts were jacking it up high enough to get the tires off of the ground (we don't have a full shop setup.....yet) and getting the longer bolts provided by SuperATV past the other bolts. Their instruction video says "just give the tire a little wiggle" but that didn't work. We ended up needing to back out the other bolts to have enough room.

EDIT 11/11/24 - I was mistaken on the 22: boxes not fitting, disregard my comments to that effect.


I was contemplating going with that large box 22" wide I believe, that you have on the bottom left, but then all the mounting plates will only accept it centered and you cannot run the 10" wide boxes / coolers beside it like you have on the bottom right. IT will be interesting if you get a mounting solution that will let you run them side by side as pictured. This was the only width format I could find that worked. Notice the small gap I have between the two stacks / coolers, it's not enough to fit the bigger box.

Good luck, at least you have storage!

We may not use all of them on the trails. We'll see how it works out when we get the mounting plate. Good news is, we can swap them out at sale prices if needed.

Well that one big one would hold everything that I would think I would need, but then I didn't believe I would have the ability to connect the cooler with me too. That was my primary consideration when try into figure out what sizes to piece together.
