I didn't see any for sale signs when I was there a few months ago. Hello 100Acre. Met 100Acre at Burgdorf camp ground this past fall. Considering all of his traveling through Idaho we were bound to cross paths at some point. Very nice guy.

I didn't see any for sale signs when I was there a few months ago

That's what the realtor told me. Or maybe I was confusing what you guys told me...? I know the one I was hoping to see that was and still is for sale. 78 acres with 5 miles of underground mines!

Not only did I not read the book you gave me I didn't read any of the books I took on that trip. Been very busy. Things have just now slowed down for me. Scott is the authority on that compound. Seems every year I go there I hear a revised theory on whats going on there or why nothing is going on there. What I did notice was the high side of the road not far from the compound was crumbling down onto the road. Might not be passable next year without some work. There is a mine located right next to the compound. I thought they were two different deals but i'm not an authority on that place. It's just a cool destination to travel to.

Yes and maybe operating a backcountry B&B/ ATV/SXS hostel. Or turn it into a fortress....and yes, I'd live there. You would be snowed in during the winter months though. The road is winter groomed something like 10-15 miles from the property. The rest is by snow machine or something similar. Lots of wolves in that area too and the locals pretty much hate them.

I'm honestly not all that sure the corridor will be fully open by July unless it's late in the month. Especially with the projected snowfalls supposedly occurring this year....Might want to have a backup plan just in case..

Thanks for the heads up. I planned for this summer due to NOAA and CPC’s predictions of lower than average precipitation’s this winter season.

I doubt I would be attending but one never knows. Planning on heading back to the Burgdorf area in Sept. My wife and I rented a cabin along the Salmon last May and had a wonderful time cruising around the area meeting some really friendly people. She asked me tonight if we were going back there in 2019. Someone mentioned having LifeFlight ins. which I believe is a very good idea. Also suggest a Spot Messenger for emergency purposes and letting specific people back home that you are alright. When used as directed mine has worked 99 out of 100 times. Luckily that one time it failed to catch a satellite I was just marking a ridge for myself.

Well @Montecresto I broke down for plates. Yami was Washington expired. New plates with tabs for both rigs to go anywhere in the state 24$.
Only picked them up for our Washington ride for next Xmas weekend. Washington isn’t as easy going.
