Misumi USA is a China based but excellent business and they are metric based. They may have what you want.

Might have to buy long and cut off - good luck.

I was getting ready to say McMaster-Carr I have had good luck with Them and They usually ship fast,,,

yeah i looked on there but couldnt find the full threaded. even used that just now and it took me to the half threaded. thinking im just gonna get a thread die. for that size and turn a half to a whole.

their website isn't laid out like we are accustomed.
takes a while and hard copy is easier but here is a stainless steel, full thread if that is an option.

you may not want to pursue it at this point but it you start with 'hex bolt' and start picking sizes, thread half, or whole, they have about 5 choices in 14-60

Don't know if you had any luck but it looks like McMaster Carr has some. I usually look at them if I need weird stuff because they carry alot of weird stuff. One think to note is there will probably a shipping cost on top and usually you don't find out exactly what it is until they ship.

This was my thought as well, use All Thread and cut to fit.
