I have about ten 275 gallon IBC Totes that I use to collect rain water so as not to tax my well during really dry times like now. They all have a large threaded valve at the bottom. About half of them can take a threaded 2” PVC Connector which I can attach a brass spigot to and then a garden hose. The other half have some “other thread patterns and won’t take a 2” pvc connector. So, I bought some 3” lay flat blue hose and hose clamps to make a sleeve to adapt to take a hose connector. So far so good. Just waiting on some rain...in the future when I got to get more totes, I’ll be bringing a 2” threaded connector with me and if they don’t fit, I may not buy them. I still have a whole bunch of the blue lay flat hose it would just be a whole lot easier to screw on the PVC connector.

At some point in the near future besides starting to grow out of my own produce I think I would like to try to grow some of my own mushroom varieties. This is a good resource for spore/spawn and varieties to grow your own and get started.

Deez Nuts. I have one of these nutcrackers and I must say it is an amazing tool to have because it will crack a wide variety of really hard to get into nuts including black walnuts and hickory.

Going to start growing ginger root and turmeric. The latter being close to $15 per lb organic. It is also an anti inflammatory. likes hot conditions so I’m getting the greenhouse prepped to put in some raised beds.

A phenomenal natural medicine. I have about 20 big bushes of this particular plant.
