yes they are Gen 5’sNice sleds Remi! The new ones are gen 5s?
You know the rule, don't make me say it. Next week...
😃
I hate cans. Had one for a time on an old Arctic Crap too fucin loud. Plus always worrying about a DNR check station.
We switched to all Doo 4 strokes years ago, had a 1200, 2 900A's & a 600A. Loved those sleds! Finally sold them last year while the prices were up due to the scamdemic. I hurt my back bad the year before, crippled me up for 3 mos so it just wasn't fun anymore 😕yeah. Me too. I like my sleds quiet.
you going to keep 5 sleds when the new ones come in?
No plans to, I hit a big sink hole (like REALLY BIG!) in the trail 2 years ago, it's a swampy area on the pipeline that didn't freeze up, was going too fast to stop but not fast enough to clear it. Phucked up my back....BAD...., cracked vertebrae. We rode once last year and it started hurting in the same spot almost immediately. This will be the first year in 40+ that I haven't had a sled. You going to be able to get back to riding again @906UP ?
I'd go nuts, especially if I lived where you do...
Sorry just seen this. You forgot to tag me lol.yeah. Me too. I like my sleds quiet.

@ChadD - you have modern sleds for daily riding? As much as I love the old school, those things will wear you out, lol.
I love watching guys wrestle them down the trail, squirrelling around on those tiny narrow skis.
That was another reason selling ours was an easy decision, the lack of snow. It used to be we'd have enough snow to ride by mid-Dec and conditions would be good into April, lately it's early to mid-Jan then the trails are good for 6-8 weeks maybe. I travel weekly for work so that only leaves wkds. At least w tracks on the Donkey we can use it all year.Anything newer than 72' is modern 😉🤣.
I have a 95 cougar but haven't had it out in few years. We don't get enough snow down here to be worth while
