One of the SxS racers turned 15 today. So what? 🤷 Yesterday, he finished fourth in qualifying, beating a whole s***t tonne of the best off road drivers in the world. His first name is Nathan, didn't catch his last name (maybe Seyler (or Parker)). He'll be racing Thursday.

The feed just went live for the race -

The SxS race was delayed an hour because fierce wind blew down safety fencing last night so the race has been delayed an hour while they get it redone. There's also a good chance of heavy rain and it's cold enough that it may turn into snow. Both are good because the desert dust during a race is blinding. The bads news is that drone footage might be limited and they're what makes this such a great utoob event.

The one that finished first was hauling arse!!!! Driver was a 4 time winner.

Today's race is about to start. These are the baddest, purpose-built off-road vehicles on the planet racing across the roughest terrain track in America - think Erzberg for 4 wheelers - Due to Wednesday's rain, track conditions are just about perfect, dust will be minimal, racing will be as good as it gets. This is the last KOH event this year.

Those new Pro R cars look really good out there. They’ve always looked pretty good in the desert though. Curious to see if anybody has an answer for Chaney or if he’ll make it 4 in a row

For sure, it's usually a snoozefest until the big dogs get out there later in the day but I've enjoyed watching the earlier qualifiers this year.
