P1000 K & N air filters!!!

The cover won’t fit over the kn filter because of the bed release bar.

does the filter go in face down so the top cover would slide over it I am ordering a filter this week so I will be able to see.

might have to stick the filter in the cover then slide it under the bed release bar

The kn air filter faces outward. I had to use a pry bar to force the bed release bar over the air filter cover.
