Well been busy as ever working 14 hour days but we just got power at the house. We still have 5 or 6 lift stations without power so doing that as we speak. Gotta work today and tomorrow. Hopefully today I get off early enough going to go look at a new Dodge ram 1500. Here's what my day is looking like right now.

Had a roofing estimator come by the house last week and was driving a Dodge 1500 diesel, he said he gets a little over 500 miles a tank, I get about 360 miles on a tank, with my Yota.

I wish I could afford the Eco diesel. Going to go see what I can get instead of my awd Dodge durango lol.

Ok if we're going there lol, I get 600 with my 6.7 super duty if I don't put my foot in it haha. Your dam near about the same with yours huh @sharp? I have the 8' bed with the bigger tank.

I've actually never added up miles per tank but we have the exact same truck I just have the short bed so it's close to the same. When I say exact I'm mean close. Lol

Florida Power & Light: Mr. DMH, why is our meter laying in the middle of your yard?

Mr. DMH: Not sure, hurricane must have blown it off the house.


Any new laws that come to vote concerning solar in your state, look at them VERY, VERY, VERY, close. Power companies are spending big money to keep you from providing your own power. FPL was one of the one's that dumped a bunch of money into the florida bill that got voted down here.

Yeah it's downright shameful to push green initiatives but not allow anything that actually offers a less than 30year ROI to the homeowner.

What that's all about, is back feeding into the grid. To protect techs. Simple just take a allen wrench and take the feed from the power company lose down stream from your meter and solar on!

That's a valid reason for pure net meter but, Off-grid backups are excluded as well.

That's bull poop! Catch me if you can! That's like saying, no body can have special relations , till every body can! Our Government is very stupid!

Does that mean back generators for hospitals, some thing doesn't add up here??????
