There's no quick fix for this one! This is a disaster, we have an employe who worked for us several years ago, that hired on to work the summer before they moved to Wilmington at the end of the month, looks like he will be with us all winter and that's cool, he's very educated, like 3 or 4 degrees. When he applied for a job, he filled out a job application, I saw he had 2 degrees and thought this guy is crazy, we hired him, to find out later he left a high paying job in California to come to NW Arkansas to be with his terminally ill younger brother, when his brother passed we shut the shop down and we all went to the service, paid! Before his brother passed, I was thinking I needed to expand my vocabulary, so I thought about his education, he's the perfect victim, I came up with a word and approached him with my scheme, it was each one of us would would pick a word alternating weeks to use in our communications. The rest of our employees would look at us when we were talking using these words we had picked out like we had a third head. We had to get very creative at times to use the words. Since it looks like he's going to be around this winter, think I'll get this going again! Is this off track? HA!
