Got this awesome 10 pointer at our farm in Kentucky yesterday around 4pm. Savage 116 in .270 Win shooting Hornady Interlok dropped it in its tracks. Out with daughter trying to get her one now. Son is on other end of farm trying as well. Good luck to everyone.

What's a "socks" doe ? I feel like I should know but never heard of that. In the stand for a hog with my brothers 270 I just sighted in for him.

Kids ended up having a productive afternoon hunt today as well. Both got deer and my daughter shot just under a bobcat. We saw 2 bobcats. Pretty cool. Never seen one in the woods at home in west central Ohio.

We are covered in deer and I’ve never saw one. Piebalds yes never just socks for me
