My son was out deer hunting this morning with my grandson also and this bear came in. We are getting covered up here in Kentucky with bears lol.

Picked up a golf cart today to run on the pig lease. Traded some deer sausage for it. Project Silent Runner! Will need new batteries and charger, a roof and 3 tires. Hopefully that will get it rolling and sneaking thru the pines to pop some porkers with the thermal.

20 years of putting in for a Nevada desert bighorn and I finally got the tag! A lot of scouting, spotting, hiking, 90° down to 22°, a little snow, a little rain, falling down and damaging my scope, having another rifle brought out, and a final 18 hour day to bring it all to a close. Definitely one of the harder things I've done. Since I can't even apply for another 10 years (I'll be 70) and not likely to draw again before 90 I'll say this was a bucket list once-in-a-lifetime tag.
