I washed it and about froze. There was ice hanging all over Traveller before I brought it in and now it’s thawing. We are supposed to be 0° with wind chill tonight. Nothing compared to you guys but that’s cool for Bama

My bad, that cold temp is tomorrow. 0-5° with wind chill. I may die!

Keep an eye on your ball joints clips. I found mine came off a little to late!

Not to be an ass, but does everyone know there is a right ang wrong way to install snap rings?

When they are stamped, one side rolls, amd one side is sharp. You want the rolled side towards the load. So your upper ball joint would have the rolled towards the arm, and sharp facing up towards the fender.

Hope you were not injured, nor damaged your rig. Failing ball joints are never pretty.

When the ball joint came loose did it make your rig push towards that ledge? Because surely you weren’t trying to drive up it!

Too cold - shrunk you ball joint and put pressure on the clip made it pop.... that’s the story I would go with.
