Round two of shipments going out early next week. Those that are next on the list have been notified. Those that remain will get cut next week.
Heads up, I've had two people in as many days have a problem installing the shield. Don't really understand why as nothing has changed, it's the same pattern. One sent me a pic and he had it in backward, front to back. Don't know how this is possible as there is a piece of tape on every one that says 'Up & Front >'. Can only assume he took the tape off before install but even then, if you go to the very first post in this thread there are pics showing it installed. Slits go over the seatbelt latches, punched holes go over the bottom seat pegs. Push the rubber down under the seat area to the plastics. Cuts on the sides fit around hip brackets and seatbelts. The only issue anyone should have is at the rear and that's only if you don't have a stock 500. Should be pretty easy to figure out but if anyone has a problem just PM me and I'll walk you through it.

Has anyone installed it on a P520 yet? I assume it's a straight forward fit, just like on the P500. I should be receiving mine any day now and was just wondering if there are any special tricks to fit it on my P520.

Update: Mine arrived in the mail today...hope to install this weekend.

I can’t speak for 520 as they are watered down version of 500s (just kidding 😂), installed mine yesterday on 2017 edition, followed the blue sticker Trigger provided and it was 1-2-3 install for me. Congrats on your purchase and good luck.

I can confirm that the heat shield fits the P520. I had to trim around where the top of the back seat latches; but it was no big deal. No tools required for installation aside from a pocket knife. I did zip tie the top of the back part to the cage bars.

It does seem to take the edge off the engine noise, which was one of the primary reasons I bought it. Haven't used it enough to know how much it reduces heat. (just installed it 10 min ago).

Thanks Trigger...great product.

@trigger
Hey trigger, after the first ride in hot and dusty weather, I would like try your shield. I realize shipping to Canada will be more expensive but what ever it costs is no problem here.
Thanks.

Trigger thanks for the shield. It went on easypeasy and I immediately noticed a reduction in cabin engine noise. I haven't had it in the water yet just put it on yesterday. I think it will be one of my best and easiest mods.
