Made paint. Got bodywork to the roof done, sucked to have to repaint but the tent collapse screwed it up. Primed both, baked then sanded. Sealed, used PPG Didge white urethane single stage then 2 coats of DC 4000 PPG clear over it.
Including work it’s been an 18hr day with probably a couple more on the way, I’m the hell out of here!

Time to get itchy scratchy. Miserable day starting. I like fiberglass work but only when you’ve been doing it consecutively and you quit itching.
this is what I hope my wife doesn’t do along all her coming up travels. Very common in the shop.
Gotta dig out all previous s*** repairs and do um right. Both flares messed up pretty good. Awhile back I did get some flares but turned out they were to bolt up to regular boxsides, this is a true dually box and correct to the truck so I’m fixing these.

Got the flares glassed ground then reglassed both inner and outer they’ll hold. Onto metal work while the dry. Welding a few holes in top rail and found some bad bodywork

Also straightened out the box sides so gate fits good. This setup worked awesome! New gate lines up well and shuts one handed after adjustments.

Overpull just a bit then tap on inner panel, it’ll release tension. Broke a weld bet welded it back up.

It uses computer for cruise control only. Nothing in vehicle usage. Yes buddy it’s completely EMP proof.
